Feature Pitch Lab
Sep 11 to Oct 23 — Saturdays, 2:30pm-5:30pm (PDT)
Instructor: Jeff Howard
You’ve written your feature, now you need to pitch. Acclaimed screenwriter Jeff Howard (Oculus, Gerald’s Game, The Haunting of Hill House) pulls back the curtain on the pitching process. You’ll learn how it’s done, and by the end, you’ll be pitching your movie to the class.
In the first class, Jeff will pitch you a feature he’s taking out to studios so you can see exactly what a professional pitch should look like. In the last class, you will pitch him (and the class) your movie and get feedback.
Sign up early since there are two weeks of pre-class homework!
Required: At least one Script Anatomy class or equivalent experience.
When: Sep 11 / Sep 25 / Oct 9 / Oct 23*
*Last class will be from 2:30pm-6:30pm for final pitches
